Bernard is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He is also a Charter Valuer and Appraisal registered with the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore (IVAS).
Bernard has more than 20 years of experience in the accounting, corporate finance and business advisory profession advising clients on all aspects of their business. Bernard’s expertise is in advising clients on their ongoing accounting requirements, business mergers and acquisitions and general consulting and transactional advisory services. He has conducted business valuations and due diligences and acted as independent financial adviser for numerous corporate finance advisory transactions on acquisition, divestment, voluntary delisting, takeover offer, and interested person transactions.
Bernard’s strong number skills make him a natural accountant. His approach to managing an assignment is very hands on and this helps ensure clarity between himself and the clients.
