Mei Leng is a Partner with Moore Stephens LLP Singapore. She has over 20 years of audit experience and started her career with one of the big four accounting firms where she was involved in audit, audit methodology and learning and development activities. 

Mei Leng provides audit & risk management services to a number of companies from various industries including shipping, real estate, hospitality, heavy engineering/construction, and industrial automation.  Her clients include a number of family-owned businesses, multinational corporations, public listed companies and government agencies.  She uses her knowledge of IFRS, SFRS and SGX listing rules to work with clients on accounting issues, due diligence, corporate governance and enterprise risk management matters. She completed a dual-listing exercise of a Singapore public-listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and has experience in the internal control due diligence work of a Growth Enterprise Market (“GEM”) listing applicants.

She is also a former panel member of ACRA’s Practice Monitoring Sub-Committee and a former council member and ex-chairperson of the Singapore Shipping Association’s Young Executive Group.
