Corporate Secretarial Senior/Associate

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of multiple corporate secretarial clients
  • Prepare corporate secretarial documents such as change of directors, secretary, auditors and registered office, open of bank accounts, acceptance of bank facilities, change of bank signatories, AGM, change of name, increase of capital, allotment of shares, transfer of shares and draft and prepare any other relevant resolutions etc.
  • Update and maintain clients’ statutory registers and minute books
  • Incorporate private limited companies
  • Registration of a Singapore Branch and continuing obligations of a Singapore Branch
  • Manage application process for Employment, Dependant, Long Term Social Visit Passes, and Letter of Consent Approval-In-Principle Employment Passes
 
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Diploma in law or its equivalent or currently pursuing ICSA exam with strong interest and enthusiasm for corporate secretarial work
  • Familiar with Companies Act, Bizfile, and e-stamping and release of announcements via SGXNet
  • Organized and meticulous with excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
