Automotive suppliers must build parallel structures in their businesses, developing traditional combustion-engine systems alongside electric vehicle technology, says Thomas Ziegler, leader of Moore Global’s automotive group.
In the latest Moore Intelligence podcast Ziegler says the move to electrification in Europe will have major impact on smaller, privately-owned suppliers who have become highly specialised in developing products that may no longer be as relevant in the new era.
